Group Rate Cutoff Date: January 25, 2027
The discounted ACCA group rate is available through the cutoff date or until the ACCA room block sells out, whichever occurs first. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their rooms early to ensure availability within the ACCA conference room block and to receive the special group rate. Parking

Important Parking Notice
As part of The Galleria's ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience, Simon Property Group began improvements to the Blue Garage on July 27, 2026. Attendees should be aware that parking access and availability may be affected by these improvements. Attendees are encouraged to follow posted signage and directions when accessing available parking areas at The Galleria. The Houston Westin Galleria does not provide shuttle service to or from
either airport.
Ground TransportationAttendees arriving at either Houston airport may wish to consider rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft for transportation to the hotel. Rideshare services are available from both George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport.
