If your membership profile shows as lapsed and you recently renewed through ACA, please forward your confirmation email to office@collegecounseling.org to update your profile.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to office@collegecounseling.org.

  • Refund requests received before December 31, 2025 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee.

  • Refund requests received between January 1 – January 31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.

  • Refund requests received on or after February 1, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, ACCA will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

ACCA is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other personal travel issues, and no refunds will be given for these occurrences.
